WHERE IS THE VILLA LOCATED?
Vistapark Resort is located on the Citrus Ridge of Central Florida. Just of Florida’s highways Vistapark is ideally situated in a countryside setting with Walt Disney World and a host of attractions less than 15 minutes away. Trips to the beach are one hour away to the Gulf of Mexico or to the Atlantic Ocean.
DOES THE VILLA HAVE CABLE TELEVISION?
The Villa has basic Brighthouse cable. There are no movie channels and pay-per-view is not available. The Villa has 5 televisions and a DVD.
WHAT ARE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY’S OFFICE HOURS?
Available during normal business hours, the management company will respond to all problems. Out of hours problems should be reported to security. The keys to your home will be with security on your arrival.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES THE HOME SLEEP?
The Villa will sleep two people in each bedroom, plus a maximum of 2 babies in cots, for a maximum total of 10. This represents the MAXIMUM number of guests permitted in the home due to State Fire Regulations and includes all people regardless of age or size.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON SMOKING AND PETS?
The villa has a no smoking, no pets policy. Any evidence of guests smoking in the villa or pets will result in immediate loss of your entire security deposit.
WHERE’S THE CLOSEST SHOPPING CENTERS / GROCERY STORES?
Golf, Amusement Parks, Shopping, Markets, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Swimming, Mini Golf .Swimming with dolfins, are very close to the villa.
WHERE’s THE NEAREST GOLF COURSES?
The area is surrounded by golf courses catering for all abilities from Championship level downwards with the ‘Champions Gate’ and ‘Reunion’ complexes within easy reach as are many public courses.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO?
Orlando is not just about Theme Parks but is an ideal location to enjoy many aspects of Florida, there is easy access to Tampa and the Gulf Coast Beaches of St. Petersburg to the West and the famous Daytona Beach, Daytona Motor Speedway and Kennedy Space Centre to the East.
The historic town of Clermont with its full range of restaurants, shops and supermarkets is only 15 minutes drive north on US27 and don’t overlook the beauty of the Florida Orange Groves – the small towns of Haines City and Davenport grew up because of the citrus crops and provide a fascinating insight into American history – Florida is still the citrus capital of the world.
Don’t forget Orlando offers a wide choice of things to do – everything from balloon rides to horse riding, theme parks to beaches, nightlife for all tastes - an airboat ride is a must do and don’t forget the shopping at the numerous outlet malls and retail parks within easy reach where “you can shop till you drop”. End the day at one of the many Dinner Shows.
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE HOMES AND WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
The Villa is furnished and fully equipped. There are two sets of sheets for each bedroom, two sets of towels for each bathroom and pool towels. All kitchen utensils and equipment is provided including, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, bake ware, and plastic pool dishes.There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and washer and dryer in the Villa.The Villa equipped with small hotel soaps and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for your comfort upon arrival. This limited amount is provided to you by our management company; however, replacements are your responsibility during your stay. It is not necessary that you replace these items before your departure. Please note that we do not provide dishwasher or laundry detergent.
IS MAID SERVICE INCLUDED?
The Villa is self-catering. The home will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned once again upon your departure. The Villa is outfitted with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, vacuum and mop.Our management company will gladly provide daily or weekly maid service for an additional fee. Ideally this should be requested at the time of booking or any time before your arrival date. Subect to availability. This can be arranged directly with our mangement company during your stay. Please refer to the option services price sheet for details.
WHAT ARE THE FURNISHINGS LIKE?
The Villa has an upgraded Florida Style furniture package and a beautiful coordinated decor. The Villa also has five televisions, a DVD player and a telephone. A king-size bed in the two master bedrooms.
HOW DOES THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WORK?
A £150 ($250) booking security deposit is required, regardless of the duration of your stay.A £200 ($350) cash breakage / damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded by mail within 30 days of departure.
IS THE POOL HEATED?
The pool and spa have pool heat available. Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rate. Pool heat cannot be switched on until we have received full payment.The pool will take approximately 5 to 8 hours to heat up to a temperature of 80 to 82 degrees.
WHAT ARE THE VILLA’S BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS?
The two Master bedrooms have a king size bed and jacuzzi bath, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor of the villa. A double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom. The remaining twin bedroom has its own batchroom. Cots are available.
WHAT TYPE OF PHONE SYSTEM IS IN THE VILLA?
The Villa has one telephone number for outgoing and incoming calls. Local calls and select 800 numbers to local attractions airlines & rental car companies will be free of charge. Calls to Orlando, long distance or international calls will be blocked, which means they can only be made with a credit card or a calling card.
